Parish Leadership Team
In 2023 IHM established a new committee known as the Parish Leadership Team (PLT). The PLT is primarily responsible for helping the pastor establish clear priorities and fulfill the mission entrusted to the parish. This includes, assisting the pastor in aligning staff, volunteers, councils, and parishioners around the direction and priorities of the parish; being attentive to the needs of the parish, and working for the health and effectiveness of the entire parish, not simply personal areas of expertise or responsibility.
The PLT spent an extended amount of time praying and discerning the mission and vision of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish. In doing that, we asked these questions: Why do we exist? How do we behave? How will we succeed? You can find the answers to these questions below.

We exist to Encounter Jesus in the Eucharist, Overflow with His Love, and Evangelize

Follow Jesus Boldly; Act like a Missionary; Walk the Road to Emmaus

We pursue Jesus through: Worship & Sacraments, Koinonia, Catholic Education, Discipleship, Evangelization, and service to the poor in South Lansing & Holt
